**Shipping Policies**
1. Dinamica Furniture store currently ships only to all areas of Kuwait.
2. Your order will be delivered within 2–5 business days.
3. The shipment is delivered by the shipping company and is received by the customer according to the policies and procedures of the selected shipping company.
4. Any error or missing information in the order details, such as the mobile number or shipping address, may lead to a delay in the order.
5. We will not be able to ship products to incomplete addresses or addresses different from those registered in the purchase order.
6. If we are unable to contact the customer due to reasons on their part, or in the event of refusal to receive the shipment for any reason other than an error in the order that was sent, only the shipping fee will be charged or deducted from the amount previously paid on the online store.
**Return Policies**
1. Returns of received goods are allowed within 7 days only from the date of receipt.
2. The invoice number and return request must be sent to the company’s email: info@dinamicaq8.com
3. The returned goods must be in the same condition in which they were received.
4. The customer bears the cost of shipping in the case of a return, unless the error is due to the online store’s management.
5. The order will be received, reviewed, and the customer will be contacted to know the reasons for the return. The customer will then be replied to with either acceptance or rejection of the request if it does not meet the conditions, within 3 business days.
6. The decision to reject a return request is final and irreversible, and does not bind the company to any obligations of any kind.
7. In the case of electronic payment via electronic payment cards, the amount will be refunded to the same card used after the product is received.
8. If the customer wishes to cancel the purchase order and the payment method was one of the electronic payment cards, the customer bears the purchase amount refund fees according to the type of card used in the payment process.
