2. Products & Pricing
- All product descriptions, images, and dimensions are provided as accurately as possible, but slight variations in color, material, or size may occur due to manufacturing, screen display, or lighting.
- Prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KD) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse service, or cancel orders at our discretion, including in cases of pricing errors or product unavailability.
3. Orders & Payment
- By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide (name, delivery address, contact details) is accurate and complete.
- We accept the payment methods listed at checkout. Full payment (or any deposit specified) is required before an order is processed unless otherwise agreed.
- An order confirmation does not guarantee product availability; we will notify you if an item you ordered is out of stock.
4. Delivery
- We deliver within Kuwait. Estimated delivery times will be communicated at checkout or by our team, but these are estimates only and not guaranteed.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery at the provided address. Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges.
- Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect items on arrival and report any visible damage to our delivery team or to us immediately.
5. Returns & Exchanges
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can arrange a resolution.
- Custom-made, made-to-order, or clearance/sale items are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
- Items returned for reasons other than defect must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition; return shipping/collection costs may apply.
6. Warranty
Where applicable, furniture items are covered by the manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects for the period stated on the product page or invoice. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper assembly, or damage caused after delivery.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including the Dinamica name, logo, product photography, and descriptions, is the property of Dinamica and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dinamica shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. The latest version will always be posted on our website, and continued use of our site or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Kuwait, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kuwait.
